Grizzlies 128, Kings 95

Rudy Gay scored 23 points, Mike Conley had 22 and the Memphis Grizzlies used some sharp shooting in routing the Sacramento Kings 128-95 on Saturday night.

Marc Gasol had 20 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks, and Marreese Speights added 12 points and 15 boards to give the Grizzlies their first six-game winning streak since 2006. O.J Mayo came off the bench to hit six 3-pointers for 22 points.

Memphis shot 54.3 percent overall and made eight 3-pointers in beating the Kings for a fourth straight time.

Rookie Jimmer Fredette led Sacramento with 20 points. DeMarcus Cousins had 19 points and 11 rebounds and Donte Green chipped in 19 points off the bench.

The Grizzlies jumped all over their opponents for a 34-21 lead after the first quarter. They scored 34 points in each of the next two frames as well to extend the advantage to 102-76 heading into the fourth.

The Grizzlies won the rebounding battle 51-38 and finished with nine blocks.
