Tony Parker scored 31 points on 12-of-16 shooting as visiting San Antonio crushed Los Angeles to pick up its fifth straight win.

Danny Green added 15 points and seven assists and Tiago Splitter scored 10 for the Spurs, who shot 58.9 percent in improving to 6-1 on their nine-game rodeo road trip.

Blake Griffin collected 17 points and eight rebounds but Chris Paul was held to four points on 1-of-6 shooting for the Clippers, who had their four-game winning streak come to an end in their worst loss of the season.

San Antonio ended the first quarter on a 17-4 run to take a 34-21 lead and never looked back. Parker scored nine straight points to help stretch the advantage to 17 points in the second before the Spurs settled for a 58-43 lead at the break.

Things got out of hand for Los Angeles in the third quarter, when the Clippers sent San Antonio to the free-throw line 20 times. Parker went 7-of-7 from the line and 4-of-4 from the field in the period as the Spurs stretched the lead to as much as 34 points before coasting to the win.
