Richard Jefferson scored 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting as visiting Utah rolled past Sacramento.

Derrick Favors returned from a two-game absence due to back woes to tally 17 points and Gordon Hayward also scored 17 as the Jazz halted a four-game losing streak. Alec Burks added 17 points and Trey Burke contributed 11 points and nine assists for Utah, which shot 53.9 percent from the field and went 13-of-23 from 3-point range.

DeMarcus Cousins had 21 points and 11 rebounds and Isaiah Thomas added 20 points and seven assists for the Kings. Derrick Williams had 13 points for Sacramento, which remains unable to play new acquisition Rudy Gay until the traded Greivis Vasquez arrives in Toronto and passes his physical.

Utah led 58-46 at halftime and pulled away by scoring 38 third-quarter points for a 24-point bulge entering the fourth quarter. The Kings narrowed their deficit to 19 with 6:50 to play before Brandon Rush and Burks hit back-to-back 3-pointers and the Jazz cruised to their second road win in 12 attempts.
