Lance Stephenson recorded his third triple-double of the season with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and Paul George poured in 24 points as Indiana blew out visiting Boston.
Roy Hibbert tallied 15 points and 12 boards for Indiana, which improved to 13-1 at home. Danny Granger added 12 points and five rebounds in 25 minutes in his second game of the season.
Avery Bradley scored 13 points to lead Boston, which has lost three straight. Jeff Green and Courtney Lee added 11 apiece as the Celtics shot 38.1 percent and were outscored 50-22 in the paint.
The Celtics, who blew leads of 19 and 18 points in their previous two losses, had a short-lived five-point advantage in the first quarter. The Pacers used a 19-3 run midway through the second quarter to break open a tied game and took a 52-37 lead into halftime.
Indiana opened the second half with a 13-4 spurt and had the lead as large as 26 before settling for an 80-58 advantage entering the fourth. The margin never slipped below 20 in the final stanza.
