Blake Griffin scored 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Los Angeles to its third straight road win.

Jamal Crawford hit four 3-pointers and finished with 21 points for the Clippers, who improved to 5-1 on their current seven-game road trip. J.J. Redick had 15 points and Chris Paul chipped in 10 points, seven assists and five steals as Los Angeles defeated Houston for the fifth straight time.

Playing their fifth consecutive game without star center Dwight Howard (knee), the Rockets shot 39 percent and managed just 13 points in the fourth quarter. James Harden led the way with 16 points while Isaiah Canaan had 13 in 15 minutes before leaving with an ankle injury as Houston saw its three-game winning streak come to an end.

Paul and Crawford had all the points in a 7-0 run to close the first quarter and Crawford scored seven more in a 14-3 burst in the second as the Clippers claimed a 56-44 halftime lead. Redick and Paul nailed 3-pointers to bookend a 10-2 spurt that pushed the advantage to 18 points early in the third and Los Angeles carried an 85-72 lead into the fourth.

Neither team scored in the final stanza until DeAndre Jordan's three-point play with 8:30 left and Redick and Griffin had consecutive hoops to allow the Clippers to open up a 92-73 lead. Houston's first field goal of the fourth quarter came on Nick Johnson's dunk with 3:12 to go as the Rockets suffered their worst home loss of the year.
