LeBron James had 24 points and a season-high 13 assists to lead visiting Cleveland to its sixth win in a row.
Tristan Thompson finished with season highs of 21 points and 14 rebounds and Kevin Love recorded 15 points and 13 boards as the Cavaliers avenged their last loss, a 17-point setback at home against Toronto on Nov. 22. Kyrie Irving chipped in 15 points one night after producing 37 in a win at New York.
Amir Johnson was 11-for-15 from the floor en route to a season-high 27 points to lead the Raptors, who fell to 9-3 at home. Kyle Lowry scored 22 points and dished out nine assists.
Cleveland led by as many as 14 points in the second quarter before settling for a 51-44 halftime advantage. The Raptors took their first and only lead at 58-57 on Lowry's 3-pointer five minutes into the third before Irving scored on consecutive possessions and fed Love for a layup to put the Cavaliers up 63-58.
Jonas Valanciunas scored to stop that run but Cleveland then reeled off the next 10 points and James' 3-pointer moments later helped the visitors carry a 76-64 lead into the fourth. Terrence Ross and Lowry buried back-to-back 3s midway through the final period to make it a six-point margin and the gap remained six with under two minutes left before Thompson scored four straight points to ignite a game-ending 8-0 run.
