The Pistons had the first two points of the fourth before Devin Harris buried a long-range shot to spark an 11-3 surge that gave Dallas a 16-point lead and forced the Pistons to call timeout with under nine minutes to go. Four different Detroit players had 3-pointers to help cut the margin to 105-100 with 2:31 left, but Parsons buried a triple and Nowitzki followed with one of his own to push the lead to double digits with 1:32 remaining.
