Jonas Valanciunas added 17 points and seven rebounds for the Raptors, who finished with 24 assists on 42 made field goals. Lou Williams tallied 15 points while James Johnson chipped in with 12 points and eight rebounds for Toronto, which had six players score in double figures.
Brandon Jennings contributed 22 points and eight assists while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 18 for the Pistons, who have dropped a franchise-record 12 straight home games. Greg Monroe added 17 points while Andre Drummond pulled down 11 rebounds for Detroit.
The Raptors blew open a tight game when Valanciunas scored six points during a 13-2 run to put them on top 78-61. Johnson's thunderous one-handed slam pushed the margin to 95-75 and Toronto cruised the rest of the way en route to its Eastern Conference-leading 21st victory.
The Pistons jumped in front 31-26 after the first 12 minutes and Monroe keyed a 10-2 run to stretch their advantage to 41-30. Patrick Patterson connected from beyond the arc as part of a 12-3 spurt to end the second quarter as the Raptors evened the score at 52.
