Eric Bledsoe scored 23 points and Goran Dragic added 21 as host Phoenix knocked off Chicago.
Markieff Morris had 12 points and 14 rebounds as the Suns finished the franchise-record eight-game homestand with a 6-2 mark. Marcus Morris added 12 points as Phoenix ended a five-game home losing streak against the Bulls.
Derrick Rose scored 23 points and Jimmy Butler added 22 for Chicago, which has lost nine of its last 14 games. Aaron Brooks had 21 points off the bench, Pau Gasol had 10 points and 19 rebounds and Joakim Noah grabbed 10 rebounds.
The Suns led by one point entering the fourth quarter but a dunk by Markieff Morris capped a 7-0 push that gave Phoenix an 84-75 lead with 7:07 remaining and the lead was again nine after Dragic’s basket with 2:24 remaining. Brooks drained a 3-pointer to pull Chicago within 95-91 with 1:19 left and he followed with a layup with 31 seconds to go before Bledsoe hit a basket with 10.2 seconds remaining to put the Suns up by four and added two more free throws.
Phoenix used a 14-0 burst in the second quarter to open up some distance and led by as many as 16 points before settling for a 55-42 halftime lead. The Suns were just 6-of-23 shooting while scoring 13 points in the third and led by just 68-67 entering the final stanza.
