Kyle Singler and Anthony Morrow added 13 points apiece.
Westbrook scored 12 points in the first quarter to help the Thunder claim a 26-24 lead and it was a seven-point gap midway through the second before Green got hot, scoring 13 points in just over four minutes of action to push Memphis in front 52-45. Memphis settled for a six-point halftime advantage but Oklahoma City tied it just past the midway point of the third.
Calathes had three baskets in an 11-3 run to close the third period and the Grizzlies went up 88-79 on a 3-pointer by Randolph - his seventh this season - with just over four minutes left. The Thunder made one last push to get within four points on Steven Adams' basket with 2:14 to go but Westbrook missed the next time down and Gasol scored to make it 94-88 before Memphis iced it at the line.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Westbrook was 1-of-11 from the floor after the first quarter. ... Grizzlies SF Tony Allen (hamstring) missed his third straight game. ... Calathes needed just 13 minutes for his perfect offensive effort but also fouled out in the final minute.
