Privacy Policy

eDraft is a fantasy football league manager at edraft.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not skimmed past: if something here is unclear, send us a note.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or an email code, we receive your name, email address, and an account identifier from our sign-in provider. We do not receive or store your password.
• League data. The league’s settings, team names, rosters, lineups, matchups, standings, transaction history, and the display names of its managers. Managers who join a league on eDraft add a team name, an optional avatar or persona, and the lineup, waiver, and trade moves they make.
• Messages. League chat and trade messages you post are stored and shown to the other managers in that league.
• Notification settings and devices. If you turn on alerts, we store a push subscription for that browser or device and your alert preferences, so we can send you the events you asked for.
• Waitlist. If you sign up on the homepage we store your email address, the page you came from, your browser type, your IP address, and the approximate location derived from it, to tell real signups from automated ones.
• Usage and diagnostics. We log errors, slow page loads, and the pages involved so we can fix problems. These logs may include your account identifier.
• Cookies. A sign-in session cookie, and a cookie remembering which league you last opened. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run your league: scores, standings, waivers, trades, chat, and alerts.
• To let the other managers in your league see your team, moves, and messages. That is what a league is.
• To send you emails you asked for: sign-in codes, league invitations, and account notices. We do not send marketing email unless you joined the waitlist, and then only to tell you when eDraft opens.
• To keep the service working and secure, and to understand which features are used.

We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not share your data with data brokers.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run eDraft: for sign-in and account management, hosting and databases, sending email, and NFL schedules, scores, and statistics. Each receives only what it needs for its job, under agreements that stop them using your information for anything else. Our sports data provider receives nothing about you.

We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of users or the service.

How long we keep it

League data is kept for as long as the league exists, since past seasons are part of a league’s history. Diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. Waitlist entries are deleted once we have emailed you or on request. If you delete your account, we remove your account details and personal settings within 30 days; your past moves and messages remain in the league’s record, attributed to your team name rather than to you.

Your choices

• Turn alerts off at any time on the Alerts page, or by removing the app’s notification permission on your device.
• Leave the waitlist or ask what we hold about you through the contact form.
• Delete your account by emailing the same address from the address on the account. We will confirm before deleting.

Children

eDraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will note it in the app and update the date at the top of this page.
