Terms of Service

These are the terms for using eDraft at edraft.com. By creating an account or joining a league you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What eDraft is

eDraft is a tool for running a fantasy football league with friends: lineups, scores, waivers, trades, and chat. It is not a betting or gambling service. eDraft does not hold, collect, or pay out any money between managers. Whatever your league does with entry fees or prizes is between its members and is your responsibility, including compliance with the laws where you live.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use eDraft, and old enough to enter into these terms where you live.
• One person, one account. Do not create extra accounts to gain an advantage in a league.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.

Leagues and commissioners

• The commissioner runs the league: settings, invitations, and disputes. eDraft provides the tools; the commissioner’s decisions are final within the league.
• Team names, avatars, personas, and chat must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful. We can remove content and suspend accounts that cross that line.

Data and third parties

Scores, schedules, and statistics come from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. eDraft makes reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but does not guarantee them. Projections are estimates, not promises.

Availability and changes

eDraft is provided as is. We aim to keep it available, especially on game days, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give commissioners reasonable notice and a way to export their league data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, eDraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including league outcomes affected by data errors, outages, or missed alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.

Ending things

You can stop using eDraft at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections about liability and disputes survive.
