Fantasy College Football: Studs and Duds from Week Three

After the third week in college fantasy football, trends are starting to form, but not so much to alter a fantasy player’s outlook. Hopefully most of your team is playing well and leading you to some wins early this season.

Here is a look at some “Studs” and some “Duds” of week three in college fantasy football.

Studs

Quarterback:

A.J. McCarron, Alabama 334 yards and four touchdowns

Johnny Manziel, Texas A&M 464 yards and five touchdowns and 98 yards rushing

Sean Mannion, Oregon State 443 yards and five touchdowns

Marcus Mariota, Oregon 456 yards and four touchdowns and 27 yards rushing and one touchdown

 

Running back:

Jordan Hall, Ohio State 168 yards and three touchdowns and 20 yards receiving

Paul James, Rutgers 192 yards and three touchdowns and 30 yards receiving

Melvin Gordon, Wisconsin 193 yards and two touchdowns

 

Wide Receiver:

Brandin Cooks, Oregon State 210 yards and three touchdowns

Mike Evans, Texas A&M 279 yards and one touchdown

Allen Robinson, Penn State 143 yards and one touchdown

 

Tight End:

Gator Hoskins, Marshall Four Catches for 81 yards and one touchdown

Jace Amaro, Texas Tech ?Nine Catches for 97 yards

Austyn Carter-Samuels, Vanderbilt 147 yards one touchdown and one interception
