Ranking the Top 20 Fantasy College Running Backs

Like NFL fantasy football, running backs are what win fantasy titles. But in college, the running backs are always deeper, due to more college teams and a lot of programs are still run-oriented. Of course one would want to have T.J. Yeldon, De'Anthony Thomas and Silas Redd, but if one takes a running back later in the draft, a good fantasy running back could still be had. Here are the top 20 fantasy running backs for the upcoming season.

Ka'Deem Carey Arizona
Todd Gurley Georgia
T.J. Yeldon Alabama
Adam Muema San Diego State
Lache Seastrunk Baylor
Duke Johnson Miami
David Fluellen Toledo
Antonio Andrews Western Kentucky
Ameer Abdullah Nebraska
De'Anthony Thomas Oregon
Zurlon Tipton Central Michigan
Dri Archer Kent State
Bishop Sankey Washington
Silas Redd USC
Storm Johnson Central Florida
Charles Sims West Virginia
Storm Woods Oregon State
Jamaal Williams BYU
Mike Davis South Carolina
Ben Malena Texas A&M

Top Tier: Carey, Gurley, Yeldon

Second Tier: Muema, Seastrunk, Johnson, Fluellen

Low Risk/High Reward: Jamaal Williams. Williams will be under the radar yet again this season, but after contributing over 1000 yards of offense last season as a freshman, Williams holds a lot of promise. Recently named to the Doak Walker watch list, Williams could pay HUGE for a fantasy owner this season.
