The Los Angeles Angels have already moved on from veteran starting pitcher Tim Lincecum. The team designated the struggling 32-year-old former Cy Young winner for assignment on Saturday.
Linceum's comeback attempt was a disaster in Southern California. He was pitching to a 2-6 record with a 9.16 ERA and a ridiculous 2.37 WHIP in nine starts before being DFA'd.
