Dodgers SP Alex Wood to Start Sunday Against the Padres

The Los Angeles Dodgers will get starting pitcher Alex Wood back on the bump for the team's game against the San Diego Padres on Sunday.

Wood, 26, has been on the shelf since August 22nd with right shoulder inflammation. But it seems the NL's Cy Young favorite is ready to go for the stretch run.

Wood has been absolutely dominant this season, posting an absurd 14-1 record to go with a 2.41 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 127 strikeouts compared to 30 walks.

He's an immediate DFS add this upcoming weekend against a talentless Padres offense.
