Both Jonathan Lucroy and Ryan Braun have been subjected to trade rumors leading up to Monday's non-waiver deadline. Though, there's no reason to believe that a trade is going down here shortly. 

This despite the fact that both were scratched from the Milwaukee Brewers game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday. Lucroy, a catcher, started a night game Wednesday evening. Considering Thursday's game is a matinee, this makes perfect sense.

Meanwhile, Braun is sitting with soreness in his right side (whatever that means).
