As the Seattle Mariners slip in the standings, they will finally see their ace return to the team after missing more than a month of action with a strained calf. Hernandez held a 2.86 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 53/26 K/BB ratio across 10 starts. His last start came on May 27, when the Mariners were 28-19. Since Hernandez was placed on the disabled list, the Mariners are 17-26.

In his last rehab start on Friday for Triple-A Tacoma, Hernandez threw four hitless innings and struck out seven. He now has the all clear after multiple rehab starts and will return to the Mariners' rotation and start on Wednesday against the Chicago White Sox. For fantasy owners who had been without their ace for over a month, Hernandez's return will be a welcome sight.
