The Baltimore Orioles will have to continue their playoff race without ace starter Chris Tillman for at least the next 10 days. The team placed Tillman on the 15-day disabled list on Wednesday with right shoulder inflammation. The move is retroactive to August 21st. 

Tillman, 28, has posted a 15-5 record with a 3.76 ERA and 1.29 WHIP in 26 starts on the season. Ubaldo Jimenez will start in Tillman's stead Thursday against the Washington Nationals.
