After missing the entire 2015 season and more than half of the 2016 campaign, Los Angeles Angels starter Tyler Skaggs will take to the bump Tuesday night for the first time since July 31, 2014. 

Skaggs will start on the road against the Kansas City Royals after making eight Minor League rehab starts. The former top prospect shouldn't yet be relied on in DFS contests, but it sure makes sense to activate him in standard leagues.
