Kansas City Royals starter Yordano Ventura left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies in the third inning after he rolled his ankle. There won't be any updates regarding the injury until after the game.

Though, Ventura did not look like himself prior to the injury, yielding four earned runs in 2.2 innings. This continues the large-scale struggles we've seen from the enigmatic starter thus far this season. He now boasts a 5.26 ERA and 1.45 WHIP in 2016 after putting up a 4.08/1.30 split for the champs last season.

We will provide more updates as they become available.
