With most of the rain getting out of the way yesterday we should have an uninterrupted night of baseball.  One of the keys to cashing in tonight’s slate may actually be by avoiding the very top pitchers for tonight’s slate and instead going with a tier two pitcher.  There are not a lot of good looking options tonight as far as value hitters go which will really handcuff a lineup if you go with a Chris Sale tonight.  There are however plenty of viable number two options to go with for starting pitcher tonight, which will help us build a batting lineup that is more conducive to winning.

With only one day game being played it is best to play the main slate and avoid the all-day slate, as we are only going to be missing on game anyway.  By doing this we avoid the locked rosters, and don’t have to ear starting a player in a later game who is not in the starting lineup.  Anyway here are my top picks and my recommended 50/50 lineup for May 24, 2016.
