Teheran has been much improved this season, and looks to make what could be his last start of the year a a strong one when he takes on a weak Phillies offense. Teheran dominated the Phillies the last time he pitched against them throwing six shutout innings with seven strikeouts, and given his dominance against the Phillies throughout his career I expect similar results. He has held the Phillies to a .221 batting average, with just three homeruns allowed and 11 RBI in 172 at bats. Given his dominance of the Phillies, and is dominating stat line for the year, he makes for an excellent play.
