Orioles at Astros
The Baltimore Orioles picked up their first win in Houston since 2015 with a late rally Saturday and can record a rare series win in the rubber game against the Astros on Sunday. The Orioles pushed across the go-ahead run in the eighth inning and added a two-run homer from Richie Martin in the ninth to take a 4-1 victory Saturday after dropping the series opener.
The triumph snapped Baltimore's 10-game losing streak at Houston and it was just the fourth victory in the last 18 meetings overall for the Orioles against the American League West powerhouse. The Astros -- still missing stars Jose Altuve, George Springer and Carlos Correa -- managed just four hits against three Baltimore pitchers to fall to 23-9 at home. They'll try to muster a little more support for former Oriole Wade Miley, who starts the finale opposite Dylan Bundy. Baltimore is trying for its first series win since it took two of three April 22-24 against the Chicago White Sox.
