The Cleveland Cavaliers shakeup continued in advance of today's NBA Trade Deadline. After acquiring Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr., the team now agreed to a three-team deal sending out Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose in exchange for Utah Jazz shooting guard Rodney Hood and Sacramento Kings point guard George Hill. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN first reported the trade.
