A lingering groin injury will sideline Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram for today's game against the San Antonio Spurs. Los Angeles ruled Ingram out on Saturday morning and sent him for MRIs after pain continued in the groin/hip flexor area on Saturday morning. Further analysis will be available when MRI results come out.
