THE STORY: The Orlando Magic seek to continue their road success when they open a three-game road trip against the Toronto Raptors. Orlando is 11-7 away from home and aiming to finish above .500 on the road for the fifth straight season. The Magic also visit the Charlotte Bobcats and Chicago Bulls on this trip. Toronto opened a four-game homestand by defeating the Golden State Warriors on Sunday. The Raptors are 6-12 at home.

ABOUT THE MAGIC (24-14): Orlando made 14 of 27 3-pointers in Saturday’s victory over Milwaukee to continue a season’s worth of stellar 3-point shooting. The Magic have twice made 17 3-pointers in a game this season. Orlando shot well from 3-point range against Toronto earlier this season, going 12 for 27 to rally for a 102-96 victory on Jan. 1. Ryan Anderson had five 3-pointers while scoring 24 points. Anderson leads the league with 109 3-pointers after connecting on 134 all of last season. The Magic are making an NBA-leading 10.3 per game and shooting 39.0 percent from 3-point range.
ABOUT THE RAPTORS (12-25): Toronto played exceptional defense in the second half of the 83-75 victory over Golden State, holding the Warriors to 28 points and 27.5 percent shooting (11 for 40). The Raptors trailed by nine points at halftime before limiting Golden State to 11 third-quarter points. The point total was the fewest Toronto has allowed since defeating Boston 86-74 on Feb. 10. The fewest points the Raptors have allowed this season is 73 while trouncing the New Jersey Nets on Jan. 29.
