Knicks 120, Grizzlies 99
Toney Douglas scored 29 points and tied a franchise record with nine 3-pointers to lead the New York Knicks to a 120-99 victory over the visiting Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday.
Douglas made 9-of-12 attempts from distance as New York (35-32) set a franchise mark with 20 3-pointers. Carmelo Anthony added 28 points for the Knicks, who fired 36 3-pointers while snapping a three-game losing skid.
Mike Conley scored 16 points and Darrell Arthur added 15 points for Memphis (37-32).
Douglas connected on five 3-pointers in the second quarter as New York took a 59-51 halftime lead. The Knicks built the advanatge to 16 in the third quarter before Memphis trimmed it to nine late in the frame. Douglas then hit two 3-pointers during a quarter-ending 9-0 run to give New York a 92-74 lead.
Zach Randolph and Tony Allen scored 14 points apiece for Memphis.
