Hawks 96, Raptors 78

Marvin Williams scored 17 points to lead five Atlanta players in double figures and Josh Smith had a triple-double as the Hawks cruised to their third consecutive win, a 96-78 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.

Smith finishedwith 12 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Al Horford added 16 points and eight rebounds for the Hawks, and Joe Johnson bounced back from his worst shooting night of the season to score 16 points on 6-of-12 from the field.

Williams chipped in with 12 boards as the Hawks (11-7) led 52-46 at the half before breaking it open with a 15-2 run in the third quarter.

Andrea Bargnani led Toronto (6-11) with 14 points and seven rebounds, but he was held to two points and two boards in the second half. DeMar DeRozan added 13 points and six rebounds for the Raptors.

Toronto shot just 40 percent from the field (30-for-75), made just one of 12 3-point attempts and committed 15 turnovers. The Hawks went 8-of-18 from 3-point range.
