Pacers 100, Bobcats 92

Brandon Rush provided the touch in the first half and Mike Dunleavy did the damage after intermission as the Indiana Pacers moved back over .500 with a 100-92 victory over the visiting Charlotte Bobcats.

Rush drained four 3-pointers in the first half and finished with 16 points, Dunleavy scored 11 of his 15 points after intermission and Indiana (11-10) allowed Charlotte to shoot just 41.4 percent from the floor.

Since giving up 122 points in a loss to San Antonio on October 27, the Pacers' defense has held the opposition to an average of 96.1 points and 41.8 percent shooting in the last 20 games.

Danny Granger scored 19 points and Roy Hibbert added 13 points, 14 rebounds and six assists for the Pacers, who had lost three of four.

Gerald Wallace had 26 points and 13 rebounds for the Bobcats, who dropped to 4-10 against Eastern Conference teams.

Indiana shot 9-of-16 from beyond the arc in the first half to take a 57-50 lead. Rush keyed an 11-0 run to end the first quarter with a pair of 3-pointers.

Josh McRoberts and Dunleavy netted seven points apiece in the third as the Pacers took a 79-69 lead into the fourth. Dunleavy stuck a dagger 3-pointer to provide a 91-83 lead with 3:50 left.
