Grizzlies 104, Pacers 90
Rudy Gay finished with 30 points, eight rebounds, five steals and five assists as the Memphis Grizzlies took down the Indiana Pacers, 104-90, on Sunday.
Zach Randolph added 18 points and 16 rebounds, and O.J. Mayo scored 17 off the bench for the Grizzlies, who snapped a three-game slide.
Memphis jumped out quickly in the first quarter and took a 51-46 lead into the half. It was in the third quarter that the Grizzlies really took control, turning a one-point lead into a 77-64 edge by the end of the period.
Mayo scored eight points during that burst and Gay made the play of the quarter when he intercepted a pass and drove for a breakaway dunk.
The Pacers would get as close as 88-80 with 6:52 left in the game, but Gay drained a jumper and Mayo hit a 3-pointer to stretch it back out to double digits.
Danny Granger scored 29 points and Roy Hibbert finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Indiana.
