Manu Ginobili and Richard Jefferson led a balanced attack with 18 points apiece as the San Antonio Spurs posted their 13th straight home victory over the Atlanta Hawks, 108-92, on Friday.
Atlanta hasn’t won in San Antonio since Feb. 15, 1997.
Tony Parker added 17 points and six assists as San Antonio shot 53.2 percent to win its fourth straight in a stretch of nine of 10 at home.
Atlanta scored the first four points of the fourth quarter to take a 73-71 lead, but Ginobili knocked down two free throws and converted a three-point play to put the Spurs up for good.
Jefferson drained three 3-pointers in the final 5:26 to help San Antonio pull away for its 19th win in 22 games. Jefferson finished 5-of-6 from the arc.
Jamal Crawford scored 23 points and Al Horford added 19 and nine rebounds for Atlanta, which dropped to 4-1 without All-Star Joe Johnson and 8-4 on the road.
