Warriors 123, Magic 120 (OT)

Monta Ellis scored 10 of his 39 points in overtime, including two of Golden State's franchise-record 21 3-pointers, as the Warriors posted their biggest comeback of the season with an exciting 123-120 victory over the visiting Orlando Magic on Friday night.

The Magic (41-25) added 15 3-pointers to set an NBA record for the most combined 3-pointers in a game.

Clinging to a 119-116 lead, Orlando’s Jason Richardson had a chance to tie when he was fouled shooting a 3-pointer with 26 seconds left, but he missed two of three. Jameer Nelson made a steal at halfcourt, drove to the basket and was called for charging with 20 seconds left as the ball banked in off the backboard.

Richardson hit another 3-pointer with 11 ticks left and the Magic had two chances to tie on the last possession, but Turkoglu and Richardson missed two open 3-pointers.

Golden State trailed by 21 in the second quarter, took a one-point in the third and then overcame a nine-point deficit entering the fourth.
