Grizzlies 84, Clippers 83
Zach Randolph had 18 points and 13 rebounds as the Memphis Grizzlies rallied from a 12-point first-half deficit and stopped the Los Angeles Clippers' final possession for an 84-83 victory Saturday at Staples Center.
Memphis (10-14) has played eight games that have been decided by three points or less in regulation. The Grizzlies are 4-4 in those contests. They have won two consecutive road games after losing six straight on the road, improving to 4-9 away from home.
The Clippers (5-19) had a chance to win it, but Baron Davis missed a jumper with two seconds left and Blake Griffin's
tip-in attempt at the buzzer wouldn't go.
Los Angeles took a 47-41 advantage into halftime but couldn't hold the lead, and wound up turning the ball over 25 times in the loss.
Eric Gordon led the Clippers with 25 points while Griffin added 19 points and 11 rebounds.
