Warriors 107, Jazz 100
Monta Ellis scored 11 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter as the visiting Golden State Warriors dropped the Utah Jazz to 0-3 under interim coach Tyrone Corbin with a 107-100 victory on Wednesday.
It was the fifth straight home loss for the Jazz, their longest slide at home since 1982.
Dorell Wright added 22 points and Reggie Williams scored 15 off the bench for the Warriors, who roll into the All-Star break having won three straight.
The Jazz led, 90-89, after Al Jefferson’s layup with 7:26 left before Ellis scored eight points during a 10-2 burst to put Golden State in control.
Utah got it back down to 103-100 when Deron Williams hit a 3-pointer with 52 seconds left. But Stephen Curry converted his first basket of the game with 31 seconds on the clock and Wright hit a pair of free throws to seal it.
Williams had 18 points and 11 assists and Jefferson collected 23 points and 11 rebounds for the Jazz, who have dropped four in a row overall and were playing without injured starters Andrei Kirilenko and Raja Bell.
