Heat 96, Bobcats 95

Dwyane Wade's layup with two seconds remaining lifted the unbeaten Miami Heat to a 96-95 win over the host Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday night.

Moments after Gerald Henderson put the Bobcats ahead with a 3-pointer, Wade salvaged the victory for the Heat with a strong drive to the hoop. He followed by mimicking Cam Newton's Superman celebration right in front of the Carolina Panthers rookie quarterback, who was seated courtside.

LeBron James led the way with 35 points, seven assists and six rebounds for the Heat.

Henderson's 21 points paced the Bobcats.

After trailing the entire game, the Heat finally took their first lead with 6:37 remaining. Moments after James blocked a Henderson attempt at one end, Chris Bosh had an emphatic dunk to put Miami ahead 80-79.

The teams traded leads until the final minute, when a long Bosh jumper gave Miami a four-point advantage. Henderson's layup made it a two-point game, and following a Wade turnover, he gathered a Boris Diaw feed and buried a 3-pointer to set the stage for Wade's heroics.
