Bulls 107, Bucks 100

Derrick Rose scored a season-high 34 points, Carlos Boozer had 20 points and 13 rebounds and the Chicago Bulls beat the visiting Milwaukee Bucks 107-100 on Friday night.

Joakim Noah finished with 15 points and 16 rebounds to help the Bulls win their fifth in a row against the Bucks. C.J. Watson added 13 points off the bench.

Brandon Jennings led Milwaukee with 25 points. Drew Gooden notched 23 points and 15 rebounds, and rookie Jon Leuer had a career-best 19 points for the Bucks.

The Bucks were playing their first game since learning that All-Star center Andrew Bogut would miss eight to 12 weeks with a fractured left ankle.

The Bulls led by one when they scored the first seven points of the third quarter, going ahead 58-50 on Noah’s free throw. Ersan Ilysova got the Bucks within six points minutes later before Chicago extended it back to double digits.

Boozer had a jumper, Kyle Korver nailed a 3-pointer and Rose added a pair of free throws during a 7-0 spurt that resulted in a 67-54 lead.

Jennings’ layup with 3:06 to play got Milwaukee back to 96-90, but Rose and Noah followed with baskets to keep Chicago comfortably in front.
