CLIPPERS 102, WIZARDS 84: Blake Griffin had 23 points and 15 rebounds and Caron Butler scored 21 to help host Los Angeles end Washington's two-game road winning streak.
Los Angeles, returning after going 4-2 on a six-game trip, steadily wore down Washington. All five starters plus reserve Mo Williams (11 points) scored in double figures.
Chris Paul had 16 points and nine assists for the Clippers (18-9). DeAndre Jordan had 11 points and nine rebounds.
Randy Foye scored 10 for Los Angeles, which went 11 of 21 on 3-pointers. Butler connected on five of them.
John Wall had 18 points and 11 assists for the Wizards (7-23). JaVale McGee also had 18 points.
Nick Young, coming off a career-high 35-point game, was limited to 14 and shot just 5 of 18. Jordan Crawford added 12.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Clippers guard Chauncey Billups had successful surgery in Colorado to repair his torn left Achilles tendon that cost him the remainder of his first season in Los Angeles. Billups is expected to stay in Colorado for about a month before starting rehabilitation in Los Angeles. ...
