TRAIL BLAZERS 110, WIZARDS 99: LaMarcus Aldridge had 30 points and 10 rebounds and hit 12 of 15 shots to lead Portland past host Washington.
Jamal Crawford scored 23 points and Raymond Felton added 21 as the Trail Blazers won for just the second time in seven games.
John Wall had 25 points and eight assists and JaVale McGee added 15 points for the Wizards.
Portland was 26 of 27 from the free-throw line and connected on its first 26 attempts until Felton missed one in the final minute.
The Trail Blazers led by six points entering the final quarter and boosted it to 88-78 with 10:26 left on two free throws by Felton. The Wizards countered by rolling off seven straight points, with Roger Mason connecting on two 3-pointers to make it a three-point game.
Portland responded with a 12-5 run, capped by Felton’s three-point play to make it 102-90 with under four minutes left.
Gerald Wallace added 15 points for the Trail Blazers.
Chris Singleton scored 12 points and Nick Young added 10 points on just 4-of-16 shooting for Washington.
