BULLS 111, JAZZ 97: Carlos Boozer scored 27 points and Kyle Korver scored a season-best 26 points as host Chicago won for the ninth time in 10 games.
Derrick Rose had 24 points and 13 assists for the Bulls, who raised their NBA-best record to 34-9.
Paul Millsap scored 26 points, Al Jefferson tallied 16 points and Josh Howard added 15 for the Jazz, who dropped to 5-15 on the road.
Korver connected on a season-high six 3-pointers and scored 13 final-quarter points to help Chicago rebound from a disappointing loss to the Orlando Magic on Thursday.
The Bulls led 48-41 at halftime before pulling away in the third quarter and taking a 16-point lead into the final stanza.
The Jazz pulled within 86-75 with 7:43 to play before Korver hit three 3-pointers during a 14-2 spurt that gave Chicago a 100-77 advantage with five minutes remaining.
Boozer had 14 first-half points in his second outing against Utah since leaving as a free agent after the 2009-10 season. Korver also is a former Jazz player.
Utah didn’t make a single 3-point basket – attempting only three – and Chicago had a 42-31 rebounding edge.
