The Bulls were without reigning MVP Derrick Rose for a fourth straight game because of a groin injury. John Lucas, normally Chicago's third-string point guard, scored 20 points off the bench.
Lucas III nailed back-to-back-to-back 3-pointers to close out the first quarter and give the Bulls a 22-14 lead.
Boozer went 7 for 9 from the field and scored 16 first-half points to help Chicago build a 48-33 advantage at the break.
Dwight Howard had 18 points and 12 rebounds for Orlando, which failed to score more than 15 points in three of the four quarters. The Magic shot a miserable 24 for 68 from the field (35.3 percent) in their second straight loss, and third in the last four games.
