BULLS 94, RAPTORS 82: John Lucas and Kyle Korver combined for all 23 of their points in the fourth quarter as visiting Chicago rallied.
Luol Deng had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulls, who were without star guard Derrick Rose for the fifth straight game because of a groin injury.
DeMar DeRozan scored 23 points and James Johnson added 16 for the Raptors.
Lucas scored 13 points and Korver 10 as Chicago overcame an eight-point deficit with 20 unanswered points to improve to 11-4 with Rose sidelined.
The Bulls trailed 72-64 three minutes into the quarter before the eruption. Korver hit the game-tying 3-pointer with 7:22 left and culminated the surge by scoring a basket with 4:16 remaining.
Toronto was 4 of 18 from the field while scoring only 13 fourth-quarter points.
C.J. Watson scored 15 points and Ronnie Brewer added 12 for Chicago.
Toronto finished the first half on a 13-5 run to take a 51-43 halftime lead. The Raptors protected the lead in third quarter and took a seven-point edge into the final period.
