PACERS 112, KNICKS 104:
Danny Granger went off for 27 points and seven rebounds and hit some big shots in the fourth quarter as visiting Indiana overcame a 15-point deficit.

Paul George added 18 points and eight boards for the Pacers, who outscored New York 40-17 in the fourth quarter.

Carmelo Anthony finished with 39 points on 17-of-31 shooting and 10 rebounds for New York, which saw its lead shrink to 1 1/2 games over ninth-place Milwaukee.

The Knicks were running away with the game through three quarters and carried a 87-72 lead into the fourth when everything went wrong.

Indiana scored on its first nine possessions, knotting the game at 91 when Granger buried a 3-pointer with 6:37 remaining. Granger hit another 3-pointer to make it 94-91 with 5:45 on the clock and Paul George scored seven straight points following Anthony’s jumper to stretch the lead out to 101-93.

Anthony, who had committed a pair of turnovers and a pair of fouls to add to the Knicks’ troubles in the fourth, picked it up with a three-point play and a 3-pointer, chopping it back to 101-99 with 2:14 remaining.

Granger and George combined for seven points in the final 1:24 to put it away.
