RAPTORS 98, NETS 67: Ed Davis had a season-high 24 points and 12 rebounds as host Toronto ended the Nets' last game as a New Jersey franchise with a humiliating rout.

Gary Forbes scored 23 points and Alan Anderson added 20 as the Raptors snapped a four-game losing streak in the season finale for both teams.

Ben Uzoh had his first career triple-double with 12 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds to help Toronto send New Jersey to its sixth consecutive defeat while holding its opponent to a season-low point total.

Anthony Morrow and Armon Johnson scored 11 points apiece to lead the Nets, who will be relocating to Brooklyn. They finished their final campaign in New Jersey with a 22-44 record.

New Jersey was lifeless from the outset, falling behind 17-2 as the Raptors connected on seven of their first 10 shots from the floor.

The Nets got within 39-27 before Toronto closed the first half with a 15-0 spurt to take a commanding 54-27 edge into the locker room.

Raptors F Solomon Alabi had 11 points and a career-high 19 boards. ... The 27 first-half points were the lowest by the Nets this season. They avoided the franchise low (62 vs. Cleveland, Jan. 28, 1997) for a game. ... New Jersey All-Star PG Deron Williams missed his fifth consecutive game with a calf injury. ... Raptors PG Jose Calderon (eye) also sat out.
