GRIZZLIES 88, MAGIC 76: Marc Gasol scored 22 points and Rudy Gay added 20 as Memphis defeated Orlando and matched the franchise record with an 11th consecutive home victory.

O.J. Mayo added 15 points and Zach Randolph had 13 points and 12 rebounds as the Grizzlies won their sixth straight overall.

Hedo Turkoglu returned from a 10-game absence due to facial fractures to score 18 points for Orlando.

The Magic rested a half-dozen key contributors with their playoff fate sealed. Orlando meets the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the players.

Getting the night off were Ryan Anderson, Glen Davis, Jameer Nelson, J.J. Redick, Jason Richardson and Quentin Richardson. Center Dwight Howard is done for the season after back surgery.

Memphis had no trouble winning for the 14th time in 17 games and is the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference. The Grizzlies play the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round.

Rookie Justin Harper added 16 points for Orlando.

Orlando scored just nine first-quarter points and trailed 27-9. Memphis scored the game’s first eight points and led 35-15 just 16 minutes into the contest. The Grizzlies led 54-30 at halftime.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis went 26-7 at home this season … Turkoglu made four 3-pointers but Orlando hit just 7 of 26 … The Grizzlies hit 18 of 22 free throws … Davis injured an ankle against Charlotte on Wednesday and is questionable for Saturday’s playoff opener.
