Russell Westbrook led the way with 19 points and eight assists as Oklahoma City jumped out early and trounced visiting Toronto.
Serge Ibaka added 17 points on 8-of-9 shooting and Kevin Durant collected 15 points and six rebounds for the Thunder, who held the Raptors to 36 percent shooting from the field, including 7 of 30 from 3-point range.
Andrea Bargnani recorded 16 points and six rebounds and Jonas Valanciunas scored 18 points for the Raptors, who dropped to 0-2 on the road.
Oklahoma City made its move with a 24-6 run in the first quarter, getting three 3-pointers from Thabo Sefolosha and six points from Durant before Westbrook capped the spurt with a 3-pointer. The Thunder were up 30-17 after the first quarter and stretched the lead to 58-35 late in the second quarter when Westbrook capped another burst with a 3-pointer.
Westbrook scored four more points and handed out two assists as Oklahoma City opened the third quarter with a 13-3 run to push the lead up to 70-41 before most of the starters made their way to the bench.
