Luol Deng was one of three frontcourt players to record double-doubles with 25 points and 14 rebounds as visiting Chicago stomped Atlanta despite missing three starters.

Taj Gibson added 19 points and a career-high 19 rebounds and Jimmy Butler contributed 16 and 10 boards as the Bulls won for the ninth time in 12 games and improved to 14-7 away from home.

Nate Robinson scored 20 points and Chicago's defense was dominant, limiting Atlanta to 17 points or fewer in three of the four quarters to overcome the absences of Carlos Boozer, Joakim Noah and Kirk Hinrich.

Josh Smith had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Jeff Teague scored 16 points for the Hawks, who were held to a franchise record-low 20 points in the first half in a loss at Chicago last month.

Robinson scored 12 points in the third quarter for Chicago, which opened the second half with an 8-0 run and ended the quarter with a 6-0 burst to take a 69-60 lead into the fourth. Deng hit back-to-back 3-pointers and Butler connected from long range to push the lead to 81-66 with 5:01 to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Boozer (hamstring), who was listed as a game-time decision, sat out his third straight game for the Bulls. Starting C Joakim Noah (foot) and PG Hinrich (elbow) each missed their second straight game. ... Korver knocked down three 3-pointers to extend his streak with at least one to 40 consecutive games. ... Atlanta signed G Jannero Pargo to a second 10-day contract and Anthony Morrow made a brief appearance after missing 18 games with a hip injury.
