Al Horford collected 27 points and 10 rebounds and Paul Millsap added 25 and 11 as visiting Atlanta survived a late scare from Sacramento.

Jeff Teague recorded 18 points and 10 assists for the Hawks, who let a 19-point fourth-quarter lead dwindle to one before asserting themselves in the final minute.

Isaiah Thomas scored 18 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter and Marcus Thornton added 15 as the Kings dropped their third straight. John Salmons scored 13 points but DeMarcus Cousins was held to 11 and six rebounds while battling foul trouble for Sacramento.

The Kings came out strong with a 32-point first quarter and hit the first two baskets of the second before falling off with one field goal over the next 8 1/2 minutes as Atlanta took control, grabbing a 54-45 edge at the half and pushing it to a 17-point bulge after the third quarter. The lead swelled to as much as 84-65 early in the fourth before the Hawks let Sacramento back into the game.

Thomas scored nine points during a 18-5 burst that cut the deficit to 96-95 with 2:46 left, but Millsap hit a short jumper to stop the bleeding. Thornton hit a 3-pointer with 32 seconds left to draw the Kings within 103-100, but Thomas missed a tying 3-point attempt and Horford closed it out at the line.
