Paul George scored 27 points and David West added 24 points and 12 rebounds as visiting Indiana defeated Los Angeles to record its seventh straight victory.

Roy Hibbert added 19 points and eight rebounds as the Pacers improved their NBA-best record to 16-1. Lance Stephenson had 10 rebounds and the Pacers grabbed 17 offensive boards while notching a 50-41 rebounding advantage.

Jamal Crawford scored 20 points and Chris Paul added 17 points and 10 assists for the Clippers. Blake Griffin contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds for Los Angeles, which had a four-game winning streak halted and dropped to 8-2 at home.

The Clippers trailed by 10 early in the fourth quarter before exploding on a 13-3 burst and tying the game at 94 on Darren Collison’s dunk with 4:48 remaining. George Hill scored six points as the Pacers used an 8-4 push for a four-point lead and the Clippers were within 102-100 after DeAndre Jordan’s dunk before Stephenson made one free throw and Hill hit two in the final 6.9 seconds.

Indiana led by as many as 11 points in the first quarter and possessed a 53-47 lead at the break. The advantage expanded to 74-60 on two free throws by West with 4:48 left in the third quarter before Los Angeles cut its deficit to 10 entering the final stanza.
