Wesley Matthews scored 24 points and Damian Lillard added 21 as host Portland routed Utah for its 15th win in 16 games.
LaMarcus Aldridge added 20 points and 15 rebounds in his latest stellar effort as the Trail Blazers racked up a season best for points. Portland made a franchise-record 17 3-pointers and missed just six of its 23 attempts from behind the arc.
Alec Burks scored 16 points for Utah, which drops to 1-10 on the road. The Jazz gave up a season-high output and lost by their worst margin of the season.
Portland shot 60.7 percent from the field in the first half en route to a 67-56 lead and stepped up the ante in the third quarter. The Trail Blazers were 15-of-21 in the period while outscoring Utah 40-13 to take a 107-69 lead into the final stanza.
Lillard scored 13 points in the first quarter, another period in which Portland was 15-of-21 from the field. The Trail Blazers were 10-of-13 from behind the arc in the first half.
